At FillPics, our mission is to make event photo sharing seamless and enjoyable for everyone.
To keep our services reliable and fair for all users, we follow a Fair Usage Policy.
By using FillPics, you agree to the guidelines below:

1. Safe & Legal Content
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all media uploaded to your event gallery or shared album is safe, appropriate, and does not violate any laws, copyrights, or trademarks.

2. Platform Purpose
FillPics is designed specifically for storing and sharing event-related photos and videos.
It should not be used as a general-purpose storage service (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

3. Unlimited Usage with Limits
Our “Unlimited” plans operate under a fair usage policy capped at 10,000 media uploads
and 5,000 participants per event. This is more than enough for even very large events.
If your event requires higher limits, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to discuss options.

4. Policy Enforcement
The FillPics team reserves the right to monitor usage and, if necessary, adjust, suspend, or remove
any event or account that violates this policy—without prior notice.
